Michelle and Kevin Bailey took over Coffee Etc. from Jon and Linda in 2016 and thus began the life of The Bailey Grind. They soon grew a community of regulars through their good food and friendly atmosphere. However, when it came time to retire, the last thing they wanted was to hand it over to a stranger to become standardized and lose the extended "family" they had worked so hard to grow.

It was a no-brainer then to continue their legacy through their son, Remy, who had just come back from working as a well-known chef in Philidelphia, and was seeking a new job.
